Creating the future of advertising and interactivity
Accenture wished to seal their reputation as high-tech practitioners by making a high-definition, interactive touch-screen video wall the center piece of their global advertising campaign. As the largest purchaser of airport advertising, they were looking for a way to grab the attention of business travelers at Chicago’s O’Hare and New York City’s JFK airports.
Movie Magic For Everyone
Accenture was intrigued by the influential work with 3D interactive screens done by Schematic Executive Creative Director Dale Herigstad for the film “Minority Report,” and wanted to develop something similarly futuristic, immersive—and cool.
The interactive touch-screen needed to be a model of usability and outstanding experience. Schematic devised an elegant, fascinating and intuitive 3D interface, in which content is manipulated by hand.
The Big Picture
Scalable, networked and versatile, the Accenture interactive wall is redefining commercial and public uses of interactivity, and has already begun to change the face of advertising. Retail, entertainment, command/control, education... its uses are countless.
