To support AOL’s 2005 global anti-poverty concert event, Live 8, Schematic designed and built a series of websites that provided the backbone of the “Live 8 List.” Broadcast on giant screens during each of the concerts, the List (www.live8list.com) compiled the names of people around the world who supported the Live 8 mission to “Make Poverty History.” The result: a pledge by the leaders of G8 nations to double anti-poverty funding by 2010.
